This package includes unlimited planning sessions, event site research and referral, guest list management, complete design, planning and coordination, budget creation and management, venue / vendor referral and selection, contract negotiation, etiquette advice, detailed timeline development, transportation arrangements, seating arrangements, rehearsal assistance and direction up to 2 hours, complete day of coordination up to 10 hours with two consultants, and guest travel planning.
Prices for this option begin at $2,000
Our standard package is for the couple planning their own wedding but would like recommendations and support throughout the planning process.
This package includes up to 25 hours of planning sessions, design ideas, budget planning and monitoring, detailed timeline development, etiquette advice, vendor research and referral, transportation arrangements, seating arrangements, rehearsal assistance and direction up to 2 hours, complete day of coordination up to 10 hours with two consultants, and guest travel planning.
Prices for this option begin at $1,500
With our basic package, we provide vendor confirmation prior to the day of the event, development of a detailed timeline for all rehearsals and the day of the event, and coordinator of all of the final details of your event.
This package includes up to 5 hours of planning sessions, review of vendor contracts, detailed timeline development, rehearsal assistance and direction up to 2 hours, complete wedding day coordination up to 10 hours with two consultants.

This package is perfect for an event that has already been planned. Let us take the pressure off the bridal party, friends and relatives by coordinating all the day of details.
We will meet with you 2-3 weeks before the event to review responsibilities, vendors, and timelines, and attend your rehearsals, the ceremony and reception to be sure that everything runs smoothly.
Prices for this option is $600
We provide an hourly consultation service, which may be helpful in initial planning or if you need guidance along the way. We can help in gathering referrals, event organization, design ideas, and much more.
Consultation services are $75 per hour.
