Let us take the stress out of event planning! We offer two levels of event services and hourly design consultation. Please contact us for a free 30 minute initial consultation.
Our event planning service allows you to enjoy your special occasion without worrying about the details. We will meet with you to put together a vision for your event, and preliminary budget.
This option includes unlimited planning sessions, event site research and referral, guest list management, complete design, planning and coordination, budget creation and management, venue / vendor referral and selection, contract negotiation, etiquette advice, detailed timeline development, transportation arrangements, seating arrangements, and complete day of coordination up to 10 hours with two consultants.
Prices for this option start at $1,500
As your event coordinator we will take the pressure off you and your guests, allowing you to enjoy your special event. If you've planned all the details for your special event but need someone to coordinator the day of, this option is perfect for you.
Our services include 1-2 consultations to learn the details of your event, timeline development, and vendor confirmation.
Prices for this option start at $500
We provide an hourly event design consultation service for all types of events. Having trouble narrowing color choices, not sure if you want something casual or formal, or can't decide what the overall theme of your event should be? We can help provide guidance by gathering research, samples, or helping brainstorm ideas.
Design consultation services are $75 per hour.
